Located on the shores of the Arafura Sea, Nhulunbuy Christian College caters for students from Transition (Prep) to Year 9 in a modern school on beautiful grounds. We have about 180 students and our small size and strong commitment to Christian values has resulted in a safe and family friendly community with a high academic standard. |

Nhulunbuy Christian College teaches to the curriculum framework of the Northern Territory, including parts of the Australian Curriculum, from a Christian world view. We are non-denominational and not governed by a church but rather by a council of parents under the auspices of the NT Christian Schools Association. Whilst we teach from a Christian perspective Nhulunbuy Christian College welcomes families of any faith. |

|
Nhulunbuy Christian College understands that the transition from Primary to Middle School can be daunting and so we have created a Bridging Year 6 where students are gradually introduced to Middle School life over the course of the year whilst still having a primary teacher. They can then progress to the Middle School Years with confidence. |

|
All students at Nhulunbuy Christian College has access to computers in class rooms and via a computer lab. Most rooms have interactive whiteboards and our Middle School students are each issued ipads which are theirs whilst they remain at the College. Nhulunbuy Christian College campus has wireless internet connectivity and we are continuing to innovate and explore ways of utilising technology to enhance learning. |

We believe small class sizes are important and in 2011 our average class size was 18 students. This creates an environment of efficient and effective learning. Nhulunbuy Christian College are assisted by an Educational support team who can provide resources and spend time with students one-on-one or in small groups. |
