Student Wellbeing

St Columba College ensures Positive Education is immersed in the practices of the College to assist in the understanding and development of student and staff wellbeing.

Positive Education takes place at each year level and extends beyond the classroom to increase wellbeing and provide students with the tools to nurture happiness and encourage them to engage their strengths.

Beyond the Classroom

St Columba College offers opportunities in music, chess, drama, team sports and athletics. Students are involved in various inter-school competitions, Northern Zone carnivals, SAPSASA and SACPSSA sporting carnivals with students participating across Junior, Middle and Senior Schools.

Learning Pathways

The College provides students, parents and caregivers with information and advice on subject choices, tertiary options, vocational learning (VET) and careers through various avenues, and in particular, through the College's Futures Counsellor.
