The Saint Stephen's College Experience

Welcome to Saint Stephen’s College, located on the Queensland’s beautiful Gold Coast, spanning across approximately 25 acres with a small water causeway. We are a co-educational, multi-denominational school with approximately 1400 students from Kindergarten to Year 12.

From our humble beginnings in 1996, Saint Stephen’s College is highly regarded for nurturing and supporting teacher excellence, powered with the vision to drive education forward; so, every student is challenged and inspired to create and preserve their own future. We exist to develop within students the drive to lead the next generation, and the integrity to do what is right.

The vision for Saint Stephen’s College is to be a learning community centred on Christian principales where we strive to develop self-directed, determined, courageous and skillful young people who make a positive difference to their communities now and in the future.

We are grounded in Christian values and inclusive to all, ensuring every student is respected, heard, and develops the integrity and responsibility to serve others. We call it a ‘sense of pride’ our College Core Values (Perseverance, Integrity, Diversity and Empathy).

As a community we aim to help identify and celebrate students own special gifts and talents, immerse them in their learning and create self-directed students. Our innovative approach to learning that blends technology and ‘traditional’ approaches has been acknowledged globally.

Convenient Location

The Saint Stephen's College campus is located in Coomera on the northern end of the Gold Coast, Australia - the fastest growing area in South East Queensland. Surrounding suburbs include Hope Island, Monterey Keys, Sanctuary Cove, Ormeau and Helensvale.

Situated less than one kilometre from the M1 Motorway, Saint Stephen's College is only 45 minutes from the capital city of Brisbane and 30 minutes from the beaches of the Gold Coast. Its location makes Saint Stephen's College the ideal school of choice for families who either live and work on the dynamic northern area of the Gold Coast, or for those who commute to Brisbane for work, but want to enjoy the idyllic lifestyle of the Gold Coast.

A Supportive Community

Saint Stephen's College is proud to have wonderful facilities that stimulate a love for learning across a wide range of subjects in the school curriculum. But the real substance we have at Saint Stephen’s College, others cannot buy!

We live and breathe in a positive environment, where teachers and fellow students support each other to do their best. This culture has a resounding impact on the academic, sporting, cultural and spiritual development of every one of the students at Saint Stephen's College; giving them the best possible sense of self for the real world.

Extra Curricular Activities

Saint Stephen's College has a large range of Extra Curricular activities that students are encouraged to immerse themselves in. Many students are involved in more than one activity throughout the year, including Sports and Performing Arts.

Saint Stephen's College offers many opportunities for students to participate in cultural activities within the Performing Arts programmes. Musicals, drama groups and musical ensembles are open to different age groups throughout the year.

International Students

We are very keen to expand our community by welcoming international students. Saint Stephen's College wants to teach and learn from students from other countries and cultures.

The students who have visited Saint Stephen's College in the past have made solid friendships, developed better language skills, have gained an understanding of Australian culture and have been successful in their studies.
