ELC
Your son’s life-long learning journey begins in our Early Learning Community. As one of the only schools that offers an all boy experience in the early years, we provide a nurturing and vibrant learning environment that truly caters for the unique educational needs of boys.

At Christ Church, each boy’s creativity is respected and valued through an extensive Arts program. Boys engage in creative learning experiences that develop their sense of self, build confidence, and provide a powerful means of nurturing their imagination and individual expression.
DRAMA
Our renowned Midnite Youth Theatre Company, based on campus, has contributed to youth arts in Western Australia for more than 35 years. The company presents an exciting production season each year featuring casts of Christ Church boys and students from other schools. Visiting directors, overseas tours, festival performances and unconventional venues have contributed to some of the company’s award-winning plays.
MUSIC
Music is integral to the artistic fabric of Christ Church, and boys of any skill level and ambition are encouraged to join the program. The Music program incorporates the practical and theoretical aspects of music, encouraging students to strive for excellence. A large number of peripatetic staff allow students to receive tuition on any classical, jazz or contemporary instrument, and this is supported by a vast array of ensembles and co-curricular opportunities throughout the year.
VISUAL ARTS
The Visual Arts program at Christ Church provides boys with the foundation to creative breadth and depth as they progress through their time at school. A contemporary framework supports their learning with ideas and concepts central to the core of their art practice, while drawing on and reflecting the traditional genres, mediums, art forms, and historical and cultural contexts. |

At Christ Church, sport is an integral part of our holistic educational program. Boys participate in regular training and weekly competition in a summer and winter sport of their choice. Our boys train with highly regarded coaches including Olympians, national and international athletes. The School’s outstanding sporting facilities include a gymnasium complex, naturally heated 50m pool, FINA standard Water Polo pool and extensive playing fields. International and national tours are also offered for many sports. |

Christ Church has a proud history of providing outstanding educational opportunities for young Aboriginal men since the 1950s. Since that time, more than 60 students have graduated from the School. Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Student Program awards scholarships to boys with the potential to be leaders in their community and allows the opportunity for all students to experience and understand our nation’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island heritage. |

Our Boarders have been a vital part of our school community for more than a century. Coming from different regional and international backgrounds, boarders contribute to a diverse residential community supported by exceptional pastoral care.
More than 100 boarders spanning Years 7 to 12 are housed in two boarding houses overlooking the Swan River. In this home away from home, boys form lifelong friendships, develop independence and learn the importance of co-operation and empathy in a tight-knit community. |
