Living Waters Lutheran College is an independent Christian College providing quality 21st Century education from Kindergarten to Year 12. Our purpose is to Nurture, Challenge, and Inspire our students to achieve personal excellence and live a life of integrity beyond the College.

Wellbeing and Education Excellence

At Living Waters Lutheran College we nurture the whole child and believe that student wellbeing is essential to achieve success. We offer a safe and caring environment where students are empowered to think critically and strive to do their best. We challenge and inspire students to become resilient, adaptable forward thinkers, who can make a difference. We embrace changing technologies as we bring the latest developments in education to our programs.  Students are well prepared for tertiary study and future careers.

Curriculum and Specialist Programs

In our Primary Years - Kindergarten to Year 6, our College provides a caring, structured environment that enables and encourages students to develop their natural curiosity for the world in which we live. We aim to inspire students to be active participants and foster a life-long love of learning. We offer specialist programs, such as Languages (Japanese), Physical Education, and the Arts and Music.
In our Secondary Years, we offer extensive curriculum with electives. We also offer our Specialist STEAM program for students to engage in project-based learning and to tackle real world issues applying aspects of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics, Robotics, Virtual Reality, Coding & App Development and Drones, to develop critical thinking and teamwork skills as they complete challenges.

Music & Arts

Living Waters Lutheran College is dedicated to developing the skills and confidence of our students in the Arts, Music, Drama, Visual Arts and Media by offering a number of programs, productions and exhibitions to showcase the talents of our students.

We have a rich history of musical theatre and drama performance, with students involved in productions, both on stage and behind the scenes.
Vocal and instrumental tuition is available with visiting tutors providing lessons in Voice, Piano, Drums, Violin, Guitar, Brass and Woodwind. Students are able to perform as instrumentalists in the Concert Band, or as vocalists in one of the Choirs.
All our students from Pre-primary to Year 12 also have the opportunity to study Visual Arts, creating two and three-dimensional artworks under the guidance of our experienced teachers.

Sports

We believe sporting activities provide important learning opportunities for students. Our College provides a wide range of sporting experiences through local and independent inter-school competitions with a range of lunchtime sports across the College and a Specialist Netball and Basketball program.

Beyond the Classroom

Living Waters Lutheran College offers a number of opportunities for students to experience new places, cultures and events beyond the classroom, such as inter-school competitions and Sport Carnivals. Every year there are national or international trips for students in our Basketball, Netball and Pedal Prix programs.
