At Salesian College, we value the need for families to feel comfortable and supported in the transition from Primary to Secondary school. Our Becchi Transition Program ensures that your son receives every opportunity to meet future classmates and teachers, familiarising him with the College grounds and the Salesian ethos. Ensuring all feel part of the Salesian family from the very beginning of your son’s Secondary education journey is our priority. |

All staff and students belong to a House. Years 7– 12 are organised horizontally by Year Group, with a wide range of activities and projects conducted at the House level. Pastoral Care is made a core focus through the Oratory System. |

The Year 9 Mannix Program challenges boys to take responsibility for their own learning; to demonstrate leadership and initiative, to develop their unique talents and explore their personal interests. This program utilises the purpose built facility on the Mannix Campus. |

The Middle Years Program seeks to promote the learning and wellbeing of students in these crucial formative years. The program offers a comprehensive range of subjects and is designed to provide a solid foundation in each of the key learning areas. Our Whole School wellbeing framework is built upon our endeavour to foster a sense of connectedness; so that students feel a strong sense of belonging within our school community. Only then will our boys be able to face the challenges of life with confidence, resilience and courage. |

A Salesian education involves much more than the classroom. Our co-curricular program provides many sporting, cultural and other opportunities to promote a balanced, healthy lifestyle, self-esteem, and social-emotional development. Students can choose from ACC Sport activities, debating, musical ensembles, chess club, Social Justice League and other activities.
