Our Wynn Vale campus is located on a 4.5ha campus overlooking the plains of northern Adelaide, and our programs and facilities offer students an exceptional range of options as they pursue their Early Years to Year 12 journey.
Our students are given every opportunity to discover who they are and what ignites their passion. And we don’t limit learning to the classroom. A King’s student approaches the whole world as a source for discovery and a place to make their own contribution. King’s encourages excellence in sporting, music and performing arts arenas, and promotes the values of working together and in service of others.
King’s is the only Baptist School in South Australia, providing a complete ELC-Year 12 experience in a faith-based community, where every student is provided with a breadth of opportunities.
‘Visio Fidei’ means Vision of Faith.
Our Vision of Faith provides excellence in teaching and learning that empowers individuals in partnership with families. We believe we are uniquely positioned to partner with families to enhance our students' growth and wellbeing, equipping students for a diverse range of pathways in life. Our unique strength and quality comes from the way we unearth passions in our students lives, creating opportunity for people and families to do life better, together.
In the EARLY YEARS we strive to nurture every child's ability to be curious thinkers with a sense of wonder for the world around them. Critical and creative learners who don’t give up and where individuals are recognised for who they are, where they’ve come from and what they know. We nurture a sense of wonder by exploring curiosities through trusting relationships.
In JUNIOR SCHOOL the child is at the centre of learning, guided by highly skilled educators, where their interests, inquiry and discovery all become vital components of the learning environment. This advances student independence and enables learners to weave their own lines of enquiry into learning objectives.
In MIDDLE SCHOOL students at King's Baptist Grammar School can select from exciting elective subjects and are assisted to identify their talents, find direction and develop self esteem.
We foster critical and creative thinkers; developing learners who can collaborate and communicate as they engage in the challenges of schooling and beyond, fostering confidence in working with others, a growing sense of empathy and the ability to think beyond themselves.
In the SENIOR YEARS, from Year 10 - 12 the school provides a wide range of subjects, including academic and VET. Our aim is to assist students to reach their potential and follow their chosen pathway to University, TAFE, or apprenticeships and rewarding employment. We strive to instil in every student a readiness for life beyond the classroom, through a breadth of opportunities and experiences they will draw on for the rest of their lives.
A broad range of co-curricular activities and subject choices are offered, including all university pre-requisites and vocational options. These are enhanced by Science and Computer laboratories and elective areas, with specialist facilities for Art, Home Economics, and Industrial Technology. A child’s education is a collaboration between parents, school and the greater community and we welcome a relationship with every parent who entrusts their child’s education to King’s.
We believe an education of excellence is one of the greatest gifts a child will ever receive - the dual gift of knowledge and of knowing who they are.
We are committed to assisting your child discover how to become a discerning learner, to ask questions, to listen to the answers, to interpret and problem solve, to uncover their passions, and to develop the courage to follow that path.
