La Salle College was founded by the Lasallian Order in 1954, but our legacy in the Swan Valley dates back to the community of the local Midland parishes in the early 1900s.
We are continually evolving as a modern co-educational secondary Catholic education institution catering for the educational, spiritual and pastoral care needs of 1400 students, including students from remote Western Australia.
La Salle College offers a wide range of learning opportunities both within and beyond the classroom. Our academic, sporting, creative, spiritual and workplace learning programs empower and inspire students to discover their individual potential.
We are a school of excellence guided by our Lasallian principles and Christian values, we celebrate our students’ individual needs and interests, empowering them to discover their unique potential.
Through our programs, teachings, behaviours and actions, we encourage our College community to discover more about the Catholic faith and inspire them to realise their best self and live not by their fears but by their hopes, not by their words but by their deeds.
Our wonderful facilities and generous outdoor spaces provide an innovative and modern learning environment that inspires our students to explore their potential both within and beyond the classroom.
Our Vision for Learning is centred on Transforming
tomorrow’s hearts, minds, lives. It is underpinned
by four key pedagogical principles - Engagement,
Flexibility, Connection and Courage.
A Lasallian school is more than just a curriculum, it’s a united community connected in values, in spirit and a common experience. From your initial interaction with our College, we aspire to make you feel welcomed and valued as part of our community.
At La Salle College we offer a diverse and challenging curriculum to cater for the needs and interests of all students. As life-long learners ourselves, we continually look to adapt the learning opportunities for our young people to meet their contemporary needs and interests.
