Indooroopilly State High School is a co-educational secondary school within the public education system of Education Queensland. Our direction is owned by our community, and we are supported by the resources of the Queensland Government.

Outstanding Curriculum

The curriculum Indooroopilly State High School is wide and varied, offering choices in Queensland Studies Authority subjects and the International Baccalaureate along with Vocational Education modules, and school-based subjects for our Senior students.

We are a leading school in Arts education and offer Spanish Immersion and Chinese Acceleration language courses.

Students at Indooroopilly State High School can gain additional qualifications while studying at Indooroopilly, ranging from our CISCO Certified Networking Associate course to our Aviation learning programs which enable students to qualify for a private pilot’s licence.

Learning Extension and Support

Indooroopilly State High School provides special support staff for students facing difficulties in their academic subjects and are in the process of introducing an Exceptional Learners' Program for the gifted and talented. We also offer quality English as a Second Language support across all faculty areas.
